POSITION OVERVIEW
Rivera Coil Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development, customer acquisition, sales operations, and marketing activities. The incumbent will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, handling key accounts, and achieving business growth targets within industrial and commercial sectors.
The role requires strong expertise in B2B sales, industrial marketing, business development, customer relationship management, market analysis, and team leadership within the manufacturing industry.
Qualification
- MBA – Marketing / Business Administration /CA Inter
- Any Degree with relevant Sales & Marketing experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Both male and female candidates can also apply.
- Candidates with strong B2B sales and industrial marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills required
- Experience in team handling and business development preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
❖ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
❖ Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional markets.
❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
❖ Generate leads through customer visits, networking, market research, and digital platforms.
❖ Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, quotations, and order conversion activities.
❖ Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
❖ Expand market presence and strengthen customer base across target industries.
Marketing & Brand Development
❖ Plan and execute marketing activities to promote company products and services.
❖ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
❖ Develop marketing strategies for product promotion and business expansion.
❖ Coordinate preparation of brochures, presentations, product catalogues, and promotional
materials.
❖ Support digital marketing, branding, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
❖ Enhance company visibility and brand positioning in the market.
Customer Relationship Management
❖ Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
❖ Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, pricing, delivery schedules, and service support.
❖ Handle customer complaints, service issues, and resolution activities professionally.
❖ Conduct regular customer follow-ups and business review meetings.
❖ Develop long-term business relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Sales Operations & Reporting
❖ Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, customer analysis reports, and MIS reports.
❖ Monitor enquiry status, order pipeline, market trends, and business performance.
❖ Analyze sales data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
❖ Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, and sales activities.
❖ Track and monitor sales KPIs and business development performance.
Team Leadership & Interdepartmental Coordination
❖ Lead and guide the sales and marketing team for effective business execution.
❖ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Logistics, and Finance departments for smooth order execution.
❖ Ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.
❖ Support management in strategic business planning and market expansion initiatives.
❖ Conduct regular team reviews, performance monitoring, and process improvement activities.
