Job description:
A Global property management company is looking for Accountant with good written and spoken english. Experience in Property Management or Real Estate will be plus.
Qualification
- 4-8 Years experience in Accounting, Book keeping, Reconciliation, Bill Entry etc. are must..
- Need to have a laptop and good Internet Connection ( 20 MPBS unlimited) since this is Remote opportunity.
- Working Hours are 6 PM - 3 AM Indian Time-important
- Communicating with customers through various channels such as email, whatsapp, phone.
- Good Working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks and Zoho is a plus. Need to be computer Savvy.
- Real Estate Experience is high preferable.
- Working knowledge of AppFolio, Buildium is highly preferable
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding invoice, work order.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints related to finance.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualification and Experience
CA (Inter), CA, CPA
Must have prior experience working Accountant.
Preference to candidates from Kerala/South India
