Applications are invited for the post of Experienced IT Executive / IT Support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Proficiency in computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, networking, printers, CCTV systems, and basic server management.
- Sound knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Google Workspace, internet security, data backup, and antivirus management.
- Ability to maintain computer labs, smart classrooms, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, and provide technical support to staff and students.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
