Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – US Air Freight Operations to manage and coordinate US import/export air freight shipments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US AMS (Automated Manifest System) and ACAS (Air Cargo Advance Screening) filing, a strong understanding of the US trade lane, and expertise in handling both E-commerce and Traditional Air Freight shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US air freight operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Manage AMS and ACAS filings in compliance with US Customs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and international shipping regulations.
- Handle documentation, billing, and shipment tracking with high accuracy.
- Support both E-commerce and Traditional Freight operations across the US trade lane.
- Maintain excellent customer service by providing timely shipment updates and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in US Air Freight Operations.
- Strong knowledge of US AMS and ACAS processes.
- Good understanding of the US Trade Lane and US Customs requirements.
- Experience in handling both E-commerce and Traditional Air Freight shipments.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
