Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Kozhikode
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Telecaller Executive who can communicate effectively with customers and generate quality leads through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls
- Provide information about courses, services, and offers
- Schedule appointments for the counseling team
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain accurate customer databases and call reports
- Meet daily calling and lead generation targets
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Freshers are welcome to apply
