Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
- Build relationships with decision-makers including Facility Managers, Security Heads, IT Managers, Procurement Teams, Plant Heads, and Business Owners.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business growth objectives.
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and solution presentations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Promote and sell Security Alarm Systems
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with project, service, and technical teams for successful project delivery.
Channel & Partner Development
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, MEP contractors, electrical contractors, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Identify strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Support partners with product training and business development activities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities in the security and surveillance industry.
- Provide market feedback to management for business strategy planning.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of electronic security systems and commercial security solutions.
- Ability to manage large accounts and enterprise customers.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
