Geo-Nectar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Property Documentation Executive to support our land surveying and drafting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing property-related documents, identifying missing or inconsistent information, and ensuring that all files are complete and ready for processing by the production team.
Experience Required
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property documentation, title review, land records, survey documentation, or a similar field.
Experience working with deeds, plats, easements, legal descriptions, or property records is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Review property and survey-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
Examine deeds, legal descriptions, plats, easements, tax records, and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or conflicting records.
Organize and maintain project documentation for internal teams.
Coordinate with drafting and QA teams to resolve documentation-related queries.
Ensure all project files are complete before production.
Maintain accurate records and follow internal quality procedures.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geography, GIS, or any relevant discipline.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with land surveying concepts and property records.
Understanding of title documents and legal descriptions.
Experience working in a documentation or quality-focused environment.
