Growth Manager (Sales & Business Acquisition)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000/month + Uncapped Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales: Own the loan lifecycle from prospecting and cold calling to document login and final disbursement.
- Network Building: Onboard and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Connectors, and referral networks (CAs, Tax Consultants).
- Field Sourcing: Execute Feet-on-Street (FoS) activities and map out high-potential MSME clusters in Bangalore.
- Pipeline Management: Drive high file-conversion ratios and resolve credit queries for seamless processing.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
