padho .ai is building an AI-first learning platform for school students, where learning happens through guided practice, step-by-step solutions, visual explanations, and interactive drills.
We are looking for experienced school teachers for Classes 9-12 who can help us validate and improve our learning content.
This role is specifically for teachers who have hands-on experience with the CBSE curriculum and understand how students actually learn, struggle, and make mistakes.
Role: CBSE Teacher Curriculum & Content Validation
Classes: 9-12
Subjects: Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology
Mode: Remote
Commitment: Flexible, but consistent weekly availability is expected
What you will work on:
Validate Class 9-12 CBSE curriculum flow and topic coverage
Review drills and practice questions for relevance, difficulty, and learning value
Check step-by-step solutions for accuracy, clarity, and board-level appropriateness
Review visualisations and animations for scientific and mathematical correctness
Identify common student misconceptions and suggest better explanations
Help ensure that padho . ai content is accurate, student-friendly, and aligned with CBSE classroom expectations
Who we are looking for:
Experienced school teachers or tutors who have taught Classes 9-12
Strong familiarity with CBSE/NCERT curriculum is required
Subject expertise in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology
Ability to judge whether an explanation is pedagogically sound, not just factually correct
Strong attention to detail
Genuine interest in teaching and improving how students learn
This role is not suitable for:
Students looking for a short-term part-time role
People without CBSE teaching experience
Applicants looking only for content-writing work without curriculum or classroom understanding
