About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dynamic HR professionals to join our HR Advisory & Outsourcing team as an Associate Consultant / Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy partnering with businesses, solving people challenges, and driving impactful HR initiatives.
As an HR Consultant, you will work closely with clients across industries, providing end-to-end HR support, implementing best HR practices, and contributing to strategic HR transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and ensure smooth execution of the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with clients to understand business requirements and recommend HR solutions.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
- Support Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a trusted HR partner.
- Assist in HR Advisory assignments, HR audits, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to HR Transformation projects by identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR consulting solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Experience in Employee Engagement and Organization Development initiatives.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and business acumen.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–10 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Prior experience in consulting, outsourcing, or client-facing HR roles will be an added advantage.
