Job Requirements
- Identify, map, and make first contact with the top 50 developers in your city within 90 days
- Conduct 8+ in-person meetings per week with developer CFOs, CMOs, and MDs
- Deliver a compelling 20-minute product demo using a live sample IS report
- Follow up systematically across 2–4 meetings to close the deal and collect payment within 7 days of delivery
- Maintain 5+ active proposals in CRM pipeline at all times; update CRM daily
- Build referral relationships — 20% of the annual target should come from repeat clients or referrals
- Attend CREDAI / NAREDCO city events; represent Property Science in the developer community
- Collaborate with Research Analysts on client data requirements and report delivery timelines
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
