We are looking for an Site Supervisor from Electrical Field who will oversee the daily operations of our Transmission and Substation sites and had on-site experience of at least 1 years.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule project timelines.
- Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments.
- Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
