- Responsible for the general upkeep of a building's electrical system. Inspect the premises regularly, and conduct routine, periodical and preventive maintenance in cost effective manner.
- Responsible for maintenance and uninterrupted running of ETP
- Responsible for maintenance of Generator and ensuring uninterrupted service
- Responsible for the operation of water treatment plant
- Responsible for timely rectification all electrical and plumbing work
- Coordinating and rectifying major maintenance defect ( Electrical and Plumbing) with the help of external source within in the time frame and cost effective
- Obtaining license for various properties and machineries and periodical renewals. Coordinating and conducting periodical statutory inspections
