- Data Entry in Tally: Enter daily vouchers (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries) into Tally.
- Billing & Invoices: Assist in generating GST-compliant customer bills, delivery challans, and receipts.
- Excel Maintenance: Maintain daily cash registers, petty cash expenses, and inventory details in MS Excel.
- Basic GST Support: Sort and verify purchase/sales bills to help prepare data for monthly GST filing.
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Assist in matching bank statements and cross-checking vendor/customer balances.
- Document Management: Keep physical bills, receipts, and accounting files organized and up to date.
