Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial reference checks, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare orientation materials, guide new hires through onboarding paperwork, and organize welcome sessions.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files while strictly adhering to data confidentiality standards.
- HRIS/Payroll Assistance: Input personnel data into the HR Information System (HRIS) and track employee attendance, leave, and benefits for payroll processing.
- Employee Support: Act as the internal point of contact for routine HR queries, policy questions, and minor grievance routing.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Discretion: High level of integrity and the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential employee information.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with candidates and employees at all levels
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
