About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Property Procurement Caller to identify and onboard property owners, builders, and channel partners for property listings. The role involves outbound calling, relationship building, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a steady inventory of properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners, builders, brokers, and channel partners.
- Source and procure residential and commercial properties for listing.
- Explain company services and convince owners to list their properties with us.
- Gather complete property details including location, size, pricing, and ownership information.
- Schedule meetings/site visits between property owners and the procurement team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate property and owner details.
- Follow up regularly with owners for new inventory and status updates.
- Build long-term relationships with property owners and developers.
- Ensure all acquired listings meet company standards and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for listing activation and updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
- Basic understanding of real estate is preferred.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Working Hours
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay: ₹8,516.71 - ₹10,000.00 per month
