About the Role
We're on the lookout for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and closing deals. If you have a strong background in handling international accounts and consistently hitting revenue goals, this role is built for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with inbound leads promptly and manage outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to keep your pipeline healthy.
- Understand what each client truly needs and match them with the right solution — not just a product.
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to successful conversion, while consistently meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients that lead to repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
- Keep CRM records clean and up-to-date — activity logs, follow-ups, and conversion data should always reflect ground reality.
- Work cross-functionally with delivery and onboarding teams to ensure clients get a smooth experience from day one.
- Spot untapped opportunities in your assigned market and bring them to the table.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or international B2B & B2C sales.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into paying clients — numbers matter here.
- Prior exposure to international clients is a must; cross-cultural communication should feel natural to you.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-starter who can juggle multiple active deals without losing focus or follow-through.
- Comfort with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- A growth mindset — someone who sees targets as benchmarks to beat, not just meet.
