Key responsibilities
Billing & invoicing
- Generate accurate sales invoices for walk-in and order customers
- Process cash, UPI, and credit/debit card payments at the billing counter
- Apply discounts, GST calculations, and validate bill totals
- Maintain daily billing records and end-of-day cash reconciliation
- Issue credit notes or adjustments for returns and exchanges
Delivery coordination
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of paint orders for home delivery
- Verify order details — shade, quantity, and litre size — before dispatch
- Schedule delivery routes and assign to delivery staff efficiently
- Track deliveries and update customers on status via call or WhatsApp
- Handle delivery complaints, wrong orders, and return pickups promptly
Store & inventory support
- Monitor stock levels of paint products and raise indent when low
- Maintain organized storage of tins, buckets, and accessories
- Assist in physical stock verification and monthly stock audits
- Ensure safe handling of paint materials to avoid spills or damage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
