Dmarketking is looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Representative who will be responsible for calling potential clients, scheduling and attending meetings, converting leads into clients, and managing the client relationship until the recruitment process is completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Dmarketking’s services.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients and present company services professionally.
- Understand client hiring requirements and explain how Dmarketking can support their recruitment needs.
- Convert leads into active clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team after client conversion.
- Manage client communication from onboarding until successful recruitment closure.
- Maintain records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and client updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
Requirements

- Basic understanding of sales, recruitment, or business development.
- Ability to follow up consistently and close deals.
- Confident personality with a professional approach.

- Prior experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, or client acquisition will be preferred.

Salary
As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
