Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for Al products and services in the US, UK, Dubai, and other international markets.
- Identify and prospect high-value international clients across industries such as EdTech, corporate L&D, HR Tech, healthcare, and professional services.
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and international business networks to generate qualified leads.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and consultative pitches that showcase the value and ROl of our Al solutions.
- Understand client pain points in depth and position our Al products as tailored solutions — not off-the-shelf offerings.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and manage contract finalisations with international clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy international sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the US, UK, and UAE EdTech/Al regulatory environment, buyer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the product, technical, and marketing teams to customise proposals, demos, and GTM strategies for international audiences.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, virtual summits, Al conferences, and B2B networking events.
- Manage post-sale relationship during onboarding phase to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly international revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or international business exposure preferred).
- Should have exp. In working with IT consulting or IT Solutions company
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience — experience selling Al, SaaS, or technology products to international markets is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals with clients in the US, UK, or Middle East markets.
- Strong understanding of Al technologies, Saas business models, and how Al creates value for enterprises and institutions.
- Exceptional English communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation - suited for international client interaction.
- Comfortable working across time zones, including early morning or late evening calls to align with US/UK business hours.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to navigate diverse business cultures professionally.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of international territories.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Prior exposure to international IT solutions , IT Services or Al sales in the B2B segment.
- Existing network or contacts in the US, UK, or vAt geography
- Familiarity with international procurement processes, RFP responses, and enterprise contracts.
- Knowledge of tools like Apollo.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo for outbound prospecting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
