Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to generate loan and credit card leads
- Explain personal loan, business loan, and credit card products
- Lead qualification and follow-up calls
- Customer relationship management
- Assist customers in loan application process
- Coordinate with backend team for documentation & processing
- Maintain CRM records and Excel data sheets
- Ensure KYC documentation compliance
- Meet sales targets and call quality standards
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Telecalling / Telesales experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM / MS Excel)
- Sales & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented approach
- Ability to handle customer queries
