Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, presentations, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and site execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, materials, and technical specifications.
- Conduct client meetings and present design concepts professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Supervise junior architects and design teams.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain design quality, innovation, and project efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, D5, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
