- Lead the development and scaling of SaaS Platform, Rider App, Team App and Hive Copilot.
- Drive development and commercial deployment of DMT and AI/data-driven products.
- Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, reliable and secure systems.
- Lead API development, databases, cloud infrastructure and technical integrations.
- Build automation solutions across Operations, Finance, HR, Fleet and Marketing.
- Manage development projects from requirement gathering to deployment and production.
- Review code and establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation and deployment.
- Manage and coordinate with developers, external development partners, vendors and technical consultants.
- Monitor project timelines, technical KPIs, system performance and product delivery.
- Build and mentor the engineering team and support hiring of key technical resources.
- Identify technical challenges and provide practical, scalable solutions.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Pay: ₹972,642.57 - ₹2,254,034.62 per year
