Qualification:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology)
- B.Tech/M.Tech Cosmetic Technology or Cosmetic Science
- Any equivalent qualification relevant to cosmetics
Job ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Prepare, review and update SOPs, Specifications, STPs and GMP documents.
- Perform Line Clearance before manufacturing and packaging.
- Conduct In-process Quality Checks.
- Ensure GMP, GLP and GDP compliance.
- Monitor deviations, change controls, CAPA and non-conformance reports.
- Handle market complaints and investigations.
- Conduct internal GMP audits.
- Review analytical reports and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Monitor calibration and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate stability studies and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22716 and cosmetic GMP requirements.
Regulatory Affairs
- Prepare cosmetic dossiers and Product Information Files (PIF).
- Review product labels for regulatory compliance.
- Verify ingredient compliance as per applicable cosmetic regulations.
- Review INCI nomenclature.
- Coordinate product registration and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain regulatory documentation.
- Monitor updates in cosmetic regulations.
- Support customer documentation for private label manufacturing.
- Coordinate with regulatory consultants and government authorities.
