What You'll Do
* Edit long-form podcast & interview videos
* Create engaging Reels & short-form content
* Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics & sound design
* Maintain Podly's premium visual style
* Work closely with cinematographers and content team
* Deliver projects on time
We’re Looking For
* Strong skills in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
* Good storytelling, pacing & retention sense
* Experience editing podcasts, YouTube or social media content
* Understanding of current Reels/Shorts trends
* Good eye for visuals and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and handle deadlines
Good to Have
* Motion graphics
* Color grading
* Audio cleanup
* Thumbnail design
* Personal branding / creator content experience
Salary: Starting from 10 - 15k/month for below one year experience.
₹25K - ₹40K/month based on experience
