Business Unit: Retail Secured Loans (LAP / Mortgage / Secured Business Loans)
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Retail Secured Loans will be responsible for driving business growth in the Nirmal region by managing a sales team and developing a strong network of DSAs and channel partners. This role requires strong product knowledge, local market understanding, and the ability to deliver high?quality sourcing with consistent business volumes.

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for secured lending products (LAP, Mortgage, Secured Business Loans).

Generate business through DSAs, local connectors, property agents, builders, and open market channels.

Expand business presence across Nirmal and surrounding mandals/towns.

Conduct regular field visits to identify new markets and customer segments.

Lead a team of Sales Managers / Sales Officers.

Track funnel movement—login, sanction, disbursement—on a daily basis.

Coach, guide, and mentor the team to improve productivity and conversion ratios.

Conduct daily/weekly reviews to monitor performance and pipeline.

Identify, onboard, and activate DSAs across Nirmal and nearby catchments.

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners for continuous lead flow.

Monitor documentation quality, compliance, and credit policy adherence.

Conduct periodic visits and engagement activities to motivate partners.

Liaise with credit managers for eligibility assessment, legal/technical checks, and TAT adherence.

Ensure high?quality sourcing to maintain a healthy portfolio.

Work with operations to ensure smooth processing and quick disbursements.

Track competitor pricing, product offerings, turnaround time, and market movement.

Identify untapped micro-markets in Nirmal district and propose expansion strategies.

Maintain accurate MIS, daily sales reports, funnel trackers, and DSA performance sheets.

Ensure complete adherence to regulatory norms and company policies.

Strong knowledge of LAP, Mortgage, and secured lending

Excellent DSA/channel management skills

Strong team leadership and people management capability

Good understanding of property documentation, legal/technical processes

High ownership, negotiation skills, and market networking ability

Proficient in MS Excel and sales MIS tools

Graduate

5–10 years of secured loan sales experience

Minimum 2 years in a team-handling role
