We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining healthy relationships with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, Kannada & basic English.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, calling apps, and data entry.Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with laptops and should have basic understanding of how to use system
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Kannada & English (additional languages are a plus)
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Prior telecalling or sales experience.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
