Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Engineer-cum-Supervisor to oversee workshop operations, manage technical staff, and ensure smooth functioning of machinery and production processes. The role combines hands-on engineering knowledge with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Workshop supervision: Monitor daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Machine maintenance: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Team management: Lead technicians and workers, provide training, and enforce safety standards.
- Production monitoring: Track output, quality, and efficiency.
- Reporting: Maintain logs, prepare performance reports, and communicate with management.
Pay: ₹11,006.87 - ₹40,000.00 per month
