Reduce the scrap % to the minimum possible.

Manpower Planning (shift)

Production Supervision

Smart utilization of resources to yield their durability.

Machine wise output as per grade and PPC requirement.

Attending product related irregulates.

To provide necessary guidelines to shift supervisors & operators and helpers.

Breakdown slip & Logbook

IMS & 5s Implementation.

Shift wise production accounting.

Keep plant equipment ready to use & presentable

Quarterly Stock Tracking & Inventory Control

Raw material and finished good stock accounting & co-ordination with supporting departments

Controlling irregularity in day-by-day operation
