Job Description – RF Electrical Fabricator (RF & Microwave Hardware)
Location: Bangalore
Department: RF & Space Electronics Manufacturing
Experience Required: 2+ Years in RF / Electronics Fabrication
Qualification: ITI (Electronics/Electrical) or Diploma (ECE/EEE Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SMT and THT soldering for RF PCBs.
- Handle RF components such as QFN, BGA, CCGA and power devices.
- Assemble semi-rigid and coaxial RF cables.
- Perform lead forming and precision component placement.
- Ensure compliance with space-grade workmanship standards (ISRO PAX-300).
- Conduct visual inspection and rework of RF boards.
- Maintain cleanroom and ESD discipline.
- Support documentation and traceability requirements.
- Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SMT soldering and PCB assembly.
- Knowledge of RF board handling and impedance considerations.
- Experience in cable harness and RF cable assembly.
- Understanding of ESD and cleanroom protocols.
- Ability to read schematics and fabrication drawings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in defence/aerospace electronics.
- ISRO/AS9100 environment exposure.
- Experience in conformal coating and inspection.
