We're seeking a results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to expand our preschool franchise network. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education with a strong background in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential franchise partners to grow the preschool network.
- Present the franchise model and value proposition to prospects.
- Generate leads through networking, campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise prospects, guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Negotiate franchise terms, fees, and agreements while ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for attracting prospects.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in education.
