Job Title: Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to lead, guide, and support a team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve targets.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks and deliverables.
- Track team performance and ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve team issues and handle escalations effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.
- Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent leadership skills may also apply)
Location: Bangalore
Salary: As per company standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹1,718,131.63 per month
