Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice and email communications directly with US and Canada clients during night shifts.
- Manage end-to-end freight dispatch, documentation, and operational communications.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Assign and manage inbound/outbound leads effectively within the CRM system.
- Develop sales strategies, scripts, and best practices to improve pipeline conversion.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance reviews for sales representatives.
- Handle high-value deal negotiations and resolve escalated customer service issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of total sales/logistics experience, including 2+ years in team leadership.
- Prior background in freight forwarding, dispatch operations, or US/Canada voice processes.

- Team revenue target achievement.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Total sales pipeline value & coverage.
- Team productivity and call/dispatch metrics.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation.
- High-level negotiation and closing skills.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Problem-solving and freight documentation accuracy.
