About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Noida Sector 62. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, client acquisition, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Pitch products/services to potential customers and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
