The role:
As an Associate Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers using Microsoft Azure services. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate incident resolution, and support customers throughout their cloud journey. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of Azure technologies while contributing to operational excellence and customer success.
You will be responsible for
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Microsoft Azure-related incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
- Investigating and resolving cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform-related challenges using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborating with consultants, engineers, and support teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Driving customer communications during critical incidents and providing regular updates throughout the resolution process.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- Supporting and mentoring team members by sharing technical expertise and assisting with complex customer scenarios.
What we need to see from you
- Experience supporting and managing Microsoft Azure environments and cloud infrastructure services.
- Knowledge of Azure services including networking, virtual machines, Kubernetes, monitoring, backup, recovery, and cloud operations.
- Familiarity with modern Azure data and analytics technologies such as Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, or related platforms.
- Understanding of cloud security, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and working within multicultural teams.
