Experience: 2 to 3 years in residential interior fit-out projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily site operations of 2 to 3 residential sites.
2. Overall project planning and pre-planning the site activities in advance.
3. Co-ordination with designers, clients, workers, vendors and factory operator.
4. Experience to study 2D and 3D drawings.
5. Should be able to pinpoint mistakes if the work is not executed as per the 2D drawings.
6. Plan the material purchases.
7. Manage the material usage and track excess materials and reuse it for the next site.
8. Ensure safety compliances
9. Strict adherence to handover date & deadlines.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail
- Compatibility to read 2D drawings
Education: Bachelor’s or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
