Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for all branches from the Thrissur office.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Manage monthly payroll for all branch employees, ensuring accuracy in attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate payroll approvals and finalize salary processing with the U.A.E HR team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate records, employee files, attendance systems, and databases for all branches.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Support employee benefits administration, leave management, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation across all branches.
- Plan and implement training, development programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide HR analytics, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including payroll management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing HR operations for multiple locations/branches.
- Strong knowledge of U.A.E labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-border teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS/payroll software is mandatory.
