Primary Responsibilities:
- Expand customer base through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors
- Handle key accounts and negotiate long-term supply agreements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers
- Ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness
- Provide market feedback to management for strategic decision-making
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with production team for order planning and timely delivery
- Work closely with logistics for smooth dispatch and delivery
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
- Set individual targets and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews
- Oversee order processing, documentation, and invoicing
- Ensure accuracy in order details, specifications, and delivery timelines
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Present performance updates to senior management
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

Minimum Educational Qualification:
Bachelors Degree
Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Metal and Steel Industry.
Pay: ₹14,203.31 - ₹57,037.46 per month
