Job Purpose
To provide ethical, evidence-based psychological assessment, counselling, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and mental health support to individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, corporate employees, and community clients while maintaining the highest professional standards of Hugcare Health Pvt. Ltd.
Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Psychological Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests when qualified and authorized.
- Prepare psychological assessment reports.
- Identify mental health concerns and formulate treatment plans.
- Assess suicide risk, self-harm risk, and other safety concerns, following Hugcare's emergency procedures.
2. Counselling & Psychotherapy
- Provide individual counselling.
- Conduct couple and marital counselling.
- Offer family counselling sessions.
- Provide child and adolescent counselling.
- Deliver group therapy and psychoeducation sessions.
- Conduct online and in-person therapy sessions.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to the client's needs and within your professional competence.
3. Treatment Planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress regularly.
- Modify treatment plans based on client outcomes.
- Maintain continuity of care.
- Refer clients to psychiatrists, physicians, or other professionals when clinically appropriate.
4. Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.
- Complete session notes after every consultation.
- Prepare psychological reports when required.
- Maintain treatment summaries.
- Follow Hugcare documentation policies and applicable legal requirements.
5. Crisis Intervention
- Respond professionally to clients experiencing psychological crises.
- Conduct immediate risk assessments.
- Coordinate emergency referrals when necessary.
- Follow Hugcare crisis management protocols.
- Escalate high-risk cases to senior clinicians promptly.
6. Corporate Mental Health Services
- Conduct employee counselling sessions.
- Deliver wellness workshops and training programs.
- Provide stress management sessions.
- Conduct burnout prevention programs.
- Support organizations with employee well-being initiatives.
7. Community Mental Health
- Participate in awareness campaigns.
- Conduct school and college mental health programs.
- Deliver parenting workshops.
- Participate in public awareness seminars.
- Represent Hugcare professionally during outreach programs.
8. Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, HR teams, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case discussions.
- Attend clinical review meetings.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
9. Research & Professional Development
- Participate in clinical research where applicable.
- Attend supervision and case review meetings.
- Complete continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
- Stay updated with current psychological research and evidence-based practices.
10. Internship & Training Support
- Supervise psychology interns as assigned.
- Assist in internship training sessions.
- Evaluate intern performance.
- Provide mentoring and clinical guidance.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Attend staff meetings.
- Submit reports on time.
- Maintain appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with the reception team.
- Ensure punctuality for all sessions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
