Telecaller Executive (Sales)
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team at Siyari Lab Grown Diamonds.
The candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu, have basic computer knowledge, and be comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations. You should have good communication skills, be able to follow up with customer inquiries, and confidently convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Explain our products and pricing.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi, English & Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident in handling customer calls.
- Experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
