About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and AI-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing and social media operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and managing scalable content systems, leveraging AI tools, and driving engagement through video-first marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital marketing and social media strategies across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered content workflows and automation systems.
- Build and manage content pipelines using AI tools for:
- Auto-clipping long-form videos into short-form content.
- Testimonial mining and content repurposing.
- AI avatar and voice generation.
- Agent-based scheduling and content distribution.
- Performance tracking and optimization.
- Create and oversee content calendars across multiple regional accounts and markets.
- Develop video-first content strategies using surgeon dictations, patient stories, case studies, and visual assets.
- Transform large content repositories (testimonials, images, videos) into engaging social media content.
- Coordinate human review and approval workflows before content publication.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve content effectiveness through data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, digital marketing trends, and content automation technologies.
Must-Have Skills
- 2-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and managing content systems rather than simply executing content plans.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with short-form video content strategy and social media growth.
- Expertise in content planning, scheduling, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking content performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical, Aesthetic, or Patient Acquisition Marketing.
- Understanding of high-ticket lead generation funnels and credibility-building content strategies.
- Experience working with large-scale testimonial and media asset libraries.
