About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end execution of customised apparel orders. The candidate will coordinate with sourcing vendors, printing units, embroidery units, logistics partners, and production teams across multiple locations to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source T-shirts and apparel products based on order requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and production partners across different locations
- Handle printing, embroidery, sublimation, and other customisation follow-ups
- Track order progress from production to final dispatch
- Ensure product quality before shipment
- Coordinate packing and logistics activities
- Maintain production timelines and delivery schedules
- Communicate updates internally regarding order status
- Resolve production and dispatch-related issues efficiently
- Maintain basic production and order records
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Vendor management and follow-up capability
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of garment/custom apparel production
- Basic Excel and WhatsApp handling knowledge
- Commitment towards deadlines and execution
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in garment/apparel industry preferred
- Freshers with strong coordination skills can also apply
- Experience in customised clothing or sportswear industry is an added advantage
