- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and fit metal components using hand tools and power tools.
- Assemble fabricated parts such as plates, pipes, beams, and structural components.
- Align and position parts for welding or bolting using appropriate techniques.
- Perform tacking and preparation for welding processes.
- Check dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments (tape, vernier, etc.).
- Ensure proper finishing and fitting of fabricated items.
- Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with welders, supervisors, and engineers.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment (grinders, drilling machines, cutting tools).
- Strong measuring and layout skills.
- Basic welding knowledge (preferred).
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 08 to 10 years of experience Fit up and fabrication.
- ITI fitter.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
