Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Ecommerce Manager to manage and scale our marketplace business across Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra. The role requires strong ownership of account management, pricing, inventory planning, and campaign execution to drive growth and operational excellence .
Account Management (FK / Amazon / Myntra) –
- Ensure timely PO fulfilment across all platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams & platform POCs for smooth daily operations
- Perform regular pricing checks to maintain consistency across platforms
- Validate PO requests including pricing calculations and commercials
- Monitor inventory levels & FC mapping to ensure product availability
- Manage PO lifecycle: Flip / Cancel / Re-raise / VC changes
- Plan & execute PLA campaigns on Flipkart & Myntra
- Create and manage deals & promotions ensuring correct pricing
- Handle platform escalations related to pricing, visibility, and operations
2. Marketplace Performance Management (MP)
- Ensure pricing accuracy & stock availability for PPMP models
- Maintain marketplace hygiene:
- Listing quality
- Product availability
- Pricing consistency
- Plan & execute campaigns for better sell-through on Flipkart & Myntra
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with PO management & inventory planning
- Strong analytical skills for pricing & performance tracking
- Experience in running marketplace ads (PLA) & deals
- Good stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in D2C / Ecommerce / Retail brands preferred
