- Manage day-to-day store operations at the project site.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain store-related reports, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project-specific store management practices.
- Handle audits and support inventory control measures to minimize material losses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in store management.
- Mandatory experience in handling stores for Railway Projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/store management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
