Topline Business Development Service helps other companies grow their business. We provide business development services to our clients, such as finding new customers, building client relationships, and increasing sales on their behalf.
Objective
Provide business development services to our clients, find new opportunities for them, build strong relationships, and help grow their sales.
Key Activities
● Understand each client's business and their target customers.
● Find new leads and opportunities for clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
● Represent clients and pitch their products or services to potential customers.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and their customers.
● Follow up on leads and help close deals for clients.
● Meet monthly and quarterly targets set for each client.
● Share regular progress reports with clients and the internal team.
● Coordinate with other departments to make sure client work is handled smoothly.
Key Skills Required
● Good communication skills.
● Confident and able to convince people.
● Self-motivated and target-driven.
● Able to manage multiple clients at the same time.
● Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Able to work both independently and in a team.
Qualification Required
Graduate in any field. A degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
Experience Required
0 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
