Job Summary
As CIMT continues its growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment activities across IT, Non-IT, Technical, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Blue-Collar functions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, team leadership, and talent sourcing strategies. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage hiring demands while building a strong talent pipeline to support the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment across multiple functions, including:
- IT & Software Roles
- Non-IT & Corporate Functions
- Technical & Engineering Positions
- Manufacturing & Plant Operations
- Blue-Collar Workforce
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, campus hiring, and networking.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring progress reports to senior management.
- Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support and drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Enhance the organization's visibility across recruitment channels and social platforms.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Monitor team performance and drive accountability for recruitment deliverables.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance recruitment culture.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement recruitment best practices.
Recruitment Process Improvement
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment-related regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and MIS reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
- Proven experience handling IT, Non-IT, Technical, Manufacturing, and Blue-Collar hiring.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or plant environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management and sourcing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws related to recruitment and employment practices.
- Experience working with HRMS, ATS platforms, job portals, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
