- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud architecture design and deployment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and services.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
- Skilled in monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of cloud infrastructure.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
