Job Summary
We are looking for a creative Cinematographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content for our real estate projects, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute professional video/photo shoots for real estate projects.
- Shoot property walkthroughs, interiors, exteriors, amenities, landscapes, construction progress and events.
- Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment.
- Capture and edit cinematic videos, Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional content.
- Edit videos with professional color correction, color grading, sound design, transitions and motion graphics.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to convert project USPs into compelling visual content.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files and backups.
- Drone videography experience is an added advantage.
- Manage shoots from concept and filming through editing and final delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cinematography, camera handling and visual storytelling.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve/CapCut is an advantage.
- Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals and lighting equipment.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of social media video trends and formats.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Film, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Photography or related fields.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Advertising or Digital Media is preferred.
Portfolio
Candidates should submit a showreel/portfolio demonstrating their cinematography and video editing work, preferably including real estate or architectural projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
