We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Expert
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to join us as we build and scale our newly launched menswear brand.
We are looking for someone who understands that successful fashion marketing requires a combination of brand positioning, creative strategy, customer psychology, data and performance marketing.
This is not simply an Ads Manager role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital growth strategy and help turn awareness into measurable customer acquisition and sales.

- Meta Ads strategy and campaign management
- Facebook & Instagram advertising
- Google Ads
- Customer acquisition strategy
- Prospecting and retargeting campaigns
- Audience research and segmentation
- Creative testing
- Marketing funnels
- Website conversion strategy
- Campaign optimisation and scaling
- Analytics and performance reporting
You should have:
- 4+ years of relevant digital/performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing e-commerce campaigns
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates
- Experience with Pixel, tracking and attribution
- Ability to identify winning audiences and creatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of how premium fashion brands should be communicated
- Ability to balance short-term sales objectives with long-term brand building
Experience working with fashion, apparel, premium lifestyle or D2C brands will be highly preferred.
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Position: Full-Time
Salary is negotiable, with no bar for the right candidate.
